How 40sDating works
After the free sign-up you take a personality test. Your answers are compared with those of other members and you get suggestions of singles over 40. Contact and messages are part of the Premium membership.
Safety and data protection
The platform checks profiles and photos and responds to reports.
Never send money or bank details to people you meet online, and meet somewhere public the first time.
Subscription and cancellation
Signing up is free. Contact and messages require a Premium membership with a fixed term; you can see the term and price before you buy.
Automatic renewal: a Premium membership bought on the website renews automatically for the same length as the initial term unless you cancel in time.
Notice period: at least 14 days before the end of the current term, unless a different deadline was shown when you bought it.
How to cancel: via the cancellation link on the website or with a written statement (for example by email).
Deleting your profile is not enough: a paid subscription does not end just because you delete your profile.
In-app purchases: subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled there.
